Our goal is to provide compassionate, high-quality care while ensuring transparency in our payment policies. Payment for services is required at the time of care, and for larger procedures, we will provide clear estimates and require payment before treatment begins. To support our clients, we offer payment plans through ScratchPay and Humm, with easy online applications available through the links on our website.
More and more pet owners are also recognizing the value of pet insurance in managing unexpected veterinary costs. Pet insurance can help cover accidents and illnesses, but it’s important to enroll before a health issue arises, as pre-existing conditions are typically not covered. We encourage you to speak with your regular veterinarian about different pet insurance options to find the best plan for your pet’s needs.
Our payment policy is in place so that we can continue providing these much-needed urgent care services in our region. We are a cashless business, accepting credit and debit cards, as well as exact cash payments—however, we do not keep cash on hand to provide change. We do not accept checks or bank transfers.
